Wellness Challenge: 30-Miles

 

The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Wellness Committee encourages you to join the 30-MILE WALK CHALLENGE!

Beginning October 1st, set a goal to walk at least 10-20 minutes a day! (Ease into it, even 5 minutes of walking counts) Track the miles you walk each day and complete 30 miles by October 31st!

 

BONUS: Employees who submit weekly photos of their tracked miles will be automatically entered into a drawing! Please read the flyer for more details.

 

A little progress is better than no progress. Remember the goal is to walk steps for a cause and have fun!
