From the day you started 15 plus years ago, that drive and determination you possess was witnessed and we just knew your future was bright.
Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Community Manager, Compliance Specialist, Regional Manager to most recently Senior Regional Manager you always excelled in every role you held. Determination, dedication, commitment, and hard work are second nature to you.
Not only were these qualities used to push you forward within our organization, but they expelled you to discover new heights in industry leadership roles, such as the youngest President for Apartment Association for Greater Orlando.
Great leaders always make a difference, and you Rachelle have made a difference.
We will deeply feel the loss of a valuable team member like you. Nevertheless, we are super excited and know you will excel in all you choose to pursue.

I am going to miss you so much! We have worked together since I started at RAM, and not sure what Monday is going to feel like, but know I am not looking forward to it. I am proud of you and happy for you. I am fortunate that I will continue to work with you in our service to the Industry through AAGO, FAA, and NAA. I expect those texts that get us through our days to continue – the funny, the inspirational, and our of course sending each other the corniest “dad jokes” because you and I think those are the best! Never forget the Mermaid Squad motto ~ “Tossed by the waves, but she never sinks”. I wish you the very best in everything – Love you!
