Royal American Gives Back to the AAGO Foundation

Engage. Give. Serve.

For over 40 years The Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) has been the advocate for multifamily housing in central Florida. AAGO is committed to building community and supporting central Florida by charitable giving, educating and developing a professional industry workforce, and to promoting apartment living as a lifestyle choice (not a circumstance).

AAGO’s Board of Directors and other leaders had the foresight to form this foundation (501c3) as a vehicle to greatly enhance their ability to support the central Florida community and some of our most vulnerable populations. This is how AAGO Foundation, Inc. came to be. For more information please visit: https://www.aagofoundation.org/

Mission: “As the philanthropic body of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando we champion engagement, giving, and service opportunities that support our local charity partners.”

Due to the personal contributions of Royal American employees, we were able to present a check to the AAGO Foundation for $2500! The check was presented to AAGO Foundation President Joseph Rosenwasser on January 13th during the 2021 AAGO Installation Dinner.

In addition to raising money through various fundraisers at our corporate offices, the Orlando office participated in a backpack supply drive for Hatching Hope. The backpacks included activity books, notebooks, crayons, pencils, small toys, and a reusable water bottle. A total of 11 backpacks were contributed.

These contributions will help so many in need during an especially difficult time. Thank you so very much to everyone that participated in our fundraising efforts!!!
