This week’s milestone anniversary interview to share with you is with Jeni Anderson; Director of Human Resources
It is with great pride that the Orlando Region nominates Country Walk for the 2023 Property of the Year Nominee. This property maintained an average occupancy of 99.7%, with an average delinquency of less than 1%. They had an outstanding NOI growth of 78%. This community is in a very rural location and they do not have a lot of luxuries that some markets offer. The manager and teams’ commitment to this community is reflected in the amazing performance this property had in 2023.
Dana Collins is from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and came to Royal American in January of 2022. Dana’s hard work and kind heart fit in perfectly with the Royal American culture. Under her leadership Wind Meadow has never fallen below 97% or had a month of delinquency over 3%.
Cody the Maintenance Supervisor has been with Royal American since 2015. Cody goes above and beyond to try and save the company money while also providing top quality products.
Dana and Cody both surpass expectations while providing exceptional customer service to all their residents.
