This morning, September 26, 2011, marked the groundbreaking for IndependenceVillage, the newest addition in Royal American Management’s portfolio. Several supporters showed up to commemorate the occasion, including The Big Bend Staff (organization responsible for the development), RAM staff, and even the Mayor of Panama City!
