We would like to take the time to recognize a very special employee. This person not only took the initiative to elevate her professional job skills on her own time, but excelled in doing it. She set her sights on a very hard to achieve and coveted designation in her field and achieved it with flying colors. She is the only member of our HR department to have received this designation. She is the picture of determination, self-motivated, and exceptional. Anyone who knows Domonic Butler could attest to that. We could not let her sneak by without being recognized for the tremendous amount of work she put into this endeavor. Domonic Butler, we are so proud of you and are celebrating you and your achievement today! Way to go!
About the SHRM Designation:
SHRM–CP stands for Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional.
Earning your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential makes you a recognized expert
and leader in the HR field—and a valuable asset to your organization, keeping
you and your organization more competitive in today’s economy. This professional
distinction sets you apart from your colleagues, proving your high level of knowledge
and skills.
COMPETENCY-BASED
The profession is no longer just about what you know—facts and figures—but rather how you effectively implement that knowledge in the workplace each and every day. SHRM certification provides you the opportunity to prove not only what you know but also how you can apply that knowledge on the job.
RELEVANT
SHRM certifications directly link to on-the-job scenarios and realistic work situations.
