AAGO’s Key Magazine for their Fall/Winter issue featured an article written by Lori Agudo, Director of Training & Talent Development for RAM. As an instructor for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando for several years, she was asked what the future of multifamily would look like 2021 and beyond. The article discusses the importance of training for all positions within an organization as well as continuing to offer learning opportunities in a virtual setting.
