After 13 years of dedication at RA, Jennifer Eierhart will be moving in a new direction.
Jenn started with us as a leasing consultant at Blairstone Apartments not long after graduating from FSU in Tallahassee. She also held the title of On0site Marketing and was one of the first to do so. She was soon moved over to Heritage Oaks where she really blossomed. While climbing the ranks to Assistant Manager, she was also incredible instrumental in immense marketing and leasing efforts to bring the struggling community from occupancy in the high 70’s up the 90th percentile. Eventually Jenn became the manager at Heritage Oaks and was transferred back over to Blairstone to work her magic. At Blairstone, she also thrived and stepped into the Area Manager role which paved the way to Regional Manager. Read more
