The Health Fair is coming!! It will be held on Monday, October 18 at the PC Corporate Office from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Flu shots will be offered as well as the COVID vaccine for those that are interested.

Participants will need their UHC member ID and Registration Key: peoplesfirst2021 to create their account. If you are unable to register online, you can make an appointment by calling (844) 350-4779.
We will be doing raffles for anyone who attends and does the biometric screening so make sure to schedule your appointment!
