What position did you start out in at Royal American?
Maintenance Technician
Tell us a little bit about your career journey with Royal American.
Starting as a Maintenance Technician, I advanced to Maintenance Supervisor, then Assistant Property Manager, followed by Property Manager, and ultimately transitioned to the role of Compliance Specialist.
Share a favorite memory from your time with Royal American.
We used to have the Managers and Maintenance Supervisors meetings in PCB. It was great time to meet peers and RAM always had great giveaways for the Maintenance guys. The formal dinner on the last night was always impressive, and we always walked away feeling like we belonged to a great company!
Share some of your interests and hobbies outside of Royal American.
I enjoy playing in a dart league, working on projects in my shop to bring things back to life, and going for rides on my motorcycle. Above all, I cherish spending time with my grandson and helping out with our recently born granddaughter.
What advice would you give to someone just getting started?
Stick with it. Put your head down and grind. RAM has tons of potential for promotions.
