Looking Towards the Future with Lori Agudo
AAGO’s Key Magazine for their Fall/Winter issue featured an article written by Lori Agudo, Director of Training & Talent Development for RAM. As an instructor for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando for several years, she was asked what the future of multifamily would look like 2021 and beyond. The article discusses the importance of training for all positions within an organization as well as continuing to offer learning opportunities in a virtual setting.

Thank you so very much Ellen! I appreciate you!
Lori,
Truer words were never spoken. You have really encapsulated the essence of the Future of Education. You are a pioneer for Royal American, always adventuring out to find the most current in training and education trends. A true gem as a person and a valuable asset to the company. Great article!
Wow! Thank you so much Catherine!
Lori, what a wonderful way to express what we each need to desire…a person who seeks the light in everything they do. Well said. AAGO and RA Companies both have that in common….in seeking the light in all, there is a tendency to adopt an attitude of excellence, and as you said, “leading with a servant’s heart”. You are an adventurous woman (seeking, daring, bold, courageous) in all areas of your life and it reflects in the workplace. What an “on point” article expressing the fundamental truth of education….being the pathway to a future full of possibilities and hope. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the kind words and support!!!
Lori, I love seeing all of your outreach in this field and in the community. You do great things for this company and beyond! I am so proud of all of your accomplishments and always leading our teams forward. Anything you publish is always a great and educational read. Keep up the amazing work!
