Exciting New Employee Bonus Program for Client Referrals!

At Royal American, we believe that “Everybody markets.” It’s not just the responsibility of the Marketing department or the New Business department; every employee has the opportunity to represent our company in their daily interactions. Some of our most valuable clients have come to us through referrals from our community managers, regional managers, contracting/vendor compliance staff, and more. We know that anyone, at any time, may come across a lead for a client looking for a new management company or someone preparing to embark on a new project.

To show our appreciation for your valuable contributions in helping us expand our portfolio, we are thrilled to introduce a brand new Employee Bonus Program for Client Referrals, effective immediately. Here’s how it works:

Bonus Structure:

1. For referring clients with up to 99 units, you will receive a $250 bonus upon onboarding.
2. For referring clients with 100-199 units, you will receive a $325 bonus upon onboarding.
3. For referring clients with 200-299 units, you will receive a $500 bonus upon onboarding.
4. For referring clients with 300 units or more, you will receive a $750 bonus upon onboarding.

It’s as simple as that! If you come across someone who might need a professional property management company for their apartment community(s) that are 50 units or more, please refer them to Britany Ost or Brandie Keen in the New Business Department. If the property meets our property selection criteria and minimum management fee (usually 50+ units in our portfolio footprint), once the property is onboarded and we have received the first month’s management fee, you’ll be eligible for your bonus.
