Royal American Management is very proud to announce that our very own Kimberly Maggard, Senior Vice President of Operations will serve as the Florida Apartment Association’s (FAA) President for 2021. Kim will preside over FAA during their 50th Anniversary year! Kim not only leads Royal American’s Operations Division, but she also dedicates her time to represent and serve our industry. This is an incredible balance of time and effort and demonstrates her passion. Her role within our Organization is a critical part of our success and we are fortunate to have her on our team.
Kim has also served as President of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and has lead several Committees and Taskforces on behalf of local and state affiliates.
