Today is the Day!! Please peruse the gallery of Adorable RA Pet’s below and somehow only vote for one. A monumental task, but we believe in you. Submit your vote under the picture of the pet you want to vote for. If you submitted in the comments  of the post previously, your vote will still be counted. We will tally them all up after the 1st. The winner will receive a $100 PetSmart gift card to pamper their pet. Thanks to everyone who submitted! We can’t wait to see who wins, although with this high level of cuteness- we think the viewers are the real winners.

RA Family Pet Contest

Calling all Pet Models!

RA Employees: Submit a picture of your pet and include their name, your name, and your department or community/location to events@royalamerican.com before 3/25 end of business day. We will put them all up on Dispatch on the 26th so that employees can vote up until Thursday April 1st – end of business day. To vote, just put the name of the pet in the comments on Dispatch under the post. The winner of the contest will receive a $100 gift card to PetSmart. Best of luck to all our animal friends.

Spotlight Property; Colonnade Park

Colonnade Park is a new development in Inverness, Florida overlooking a scenic preserve. Colonnade opened December 14th 2020 and already is 100% leased up! This community has 106 apartment homes with both one & two bedroom layouts. They offer residents an array of amenities including a swimming pool, game room, fitness center, conference/computer room, pet area, BBQ gill area and clubhouse with kitchen area. We have a stellar team leading the community to success including: Terri McKinley who is the manager and Cheryle Johnson who is the Assistant manager. We are grateful to have Tim from Ridgeview and Chris from Forest Ridge who have assisted with  maintenance.

We are excited to see Colonnade open and flourishing!
