We are elated to congratulate Beth Schoen and Wilmary Santiago in the Compliance Department on their HCCP designation! It is a very difficult course to pass and we wanted to take the time to acknowledge their determination and hard work. Awesome job!

The Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) is a specialized designation for developers, property managers, asset managers and others working in the affordable housing industry through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

Successful HCCPs understand how the LIHTC program provides safe, decent and affordable rental housing for so many American families. Property owners and developers turn to HCCP professionals when they need a more thorough understanding of the complex net of LIHTC regulations that keeps owners and managers in compliance.

We are thrilled to announce the winner of our safety video contest was Circle Creek & Woodside Oaks!

Thanks for everyone that participated each week for our safety bowl event. We hope that you enjoyed our quizzes and puzzles. Let’s keep safety as a priority!

On Wednesday, June 23rd some of the Gainesville communities and corporate team members participated in the NCFAA’s (North Central Florida Apartment Association) annual Charity Bowl. This event supports an amazing cause: Weekend Hunger Backpacks.  Weekend Hunger Backpacks provides food for needy children outside of school to ensure they are fed when the lunch programs are not available.  Royal American had a total of 20 folks over 3 lanes and a fantastic time supporting this great cause.  The teams from Hunter’s Run and The Reserve at Kanapaha both gave the corporate team a run for their money with some skilled bowling and lots of laughs.  Thanks to our amazing teams for making this a successful night and for representing Royal American in the NCFAA.  Read more

We are excited to share a blossoming new partnership between Bolden Community Inc. and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. These organizations put together and donated care packages for our senior residents. Potentially this sweet and thoughtful outpouring could become a consistent & long term project. We appreciate the time they took and so do our residents.
