Congratulations to Dedrick Baisden and Francisco Santos! They have both received their CAM-T certificates after attending classes that cover HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances and General Maintenance. Both hold an RMS (regional maintenance specialist) position within the corporate maintenance department. Great work guys!
HR would like to give a SHOUT OUT to Nicole Wells with Hallmark Mobile. Nicole is always positive and upbeat in her communication with the HR Department. She is quick to ask questions if she is uncertain how to handle situations and shows an eagerness to learn. Her follow up on questions that we may have are always answered timely and with a pleasant response.
We are happy to have Nicole as part of the RAM team and it’s a pleasure to work with her!!
We Wanted to give a shout out to Tyler with IT. Word around the office is he has gone above and beyond the last few weeks especially in regards to new takeover, The Dwellings. He has done it all with a smile on his face. Not only has he been very helpful with the Dwellings but with everything else that operations has needed help with. He has been a big help to Susie as a new RM with some of her sites as well and lending a hand to help her get settled here at the office. Way to go Tyler! We appreciate the hard work and positive attitude.
