This year has been one of reflection and regrouping, a time to look back, learn, and plan for the future. We’ve faced challenges together, and through it all, your resilience and perseverance have been inspiring.

Looking ahead, we are excited about the opportunities that await in the new year. We’ve set the stage for introducing new technologies that will streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and make your work easier. FAA 2024 Recap

Last week, members of our operational team attended the Florida Apartment Association (FAA) Annual Conference in Hollywood, FL. The theme this year was Inspire, and it truly lived up to its name!

We’re incredibly proud of our team members, Lori Agudo and Kim Maggard, who had the honor of speaking at the event, sharing their insights and experiences with industry peers.

The FAA conference is always a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn, and bring new ideas back to our company. We’re excited to keep the inspiration going!

Pathway to Career Development Program

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of our Pathway to Career Development (PCD) program, made possible by your valuable feedback! This training initiative is designed to support your career growth here at Royal American Management.

We’re launching our program with opportunities for Central Florida Staff seeking Maintenance positions.  If you’re a Central FL Housekeeper or Porter and you want to advance to Maintenance Tech, or if you’re a Central FL Maintenance Tech wanting to advance to Maintenance Supervisor, I encourage you to join our upcoming Teams call to learn more about the program and get answers to your questions.

We’ll be expanding PCD to include more roles and regions throughout the year. In the meantime, visit our Sharepoint for more information about Pathway to Career Development.
