Annual Manager & Maintenance Awards; Atlanta

The Atlanta 2021 Manager/Maintenance Awards were held on March 23rd. We chose to do these virtually for one more year.  Our awards were nothing short of impressive and the regionals worked very hard to make sure it went off without a hitch, or should I say glitch.

Our on-site teams had a great year despite the challenges that were faced. We were elated to celebrate them. Without further ado, Let’s shout congratulations to the following WINNERS!

Outstanding Occupancy is awarded to those that achieve at least 96% average occupancy for the entire year.

The Administrative Award is selected by our Administrative Assistants and is awarded to those that strive for excellence in reporting and make the least amount of errors when entering invoices.

 

The 2021 Administrative Award recipients for Atlanta are:

  • Theresa Daniels- Wild Pines
  • Michelle Brown- Southern Villas of Starke
  • Laurie McEntyre- The Enclave at Depot Park

The Maintenance Award is selected by our Regional Managers and Director of Maintenance Dave Kennedy.  This award is given to those Maintenance Individuals or Teams that strive to be the “Best of the Best”.

The Team Spirit Award is selected by our Regional Managers and given to either an individual or team that truly embodies the term “team work” and always is the first to step up when anyone needs a helping hand.

The Resident Services Award is selected by our Director of Resident Services, Sonya Knight. Sonya reviews reports and selects the communities that work very hard to give their residents a true living experience, and not just an apartment.  These communities go above and beyond to make sure their residents feel included, appreciated, and have fun while living in our communities.

The Lease Up Award is given to those communities that completed a successful Lease Up in 2021.  To fill an apartment community from 0% to 100% in record time is hard work and requires incredible dedication to achieve the goals set for them.

The Outstanding Audit Award is given to those communities that achieved an Outstanding Audit result without having a team come in to prepare.  They are ready for an audit at a moment’s notice.

  • Rollingwood Place
  • Gardenia Gardens
  • Christine Cove

The Outstanding REAC Award is given to those communities that achieved an Outstanding REAC result without having a team come in to prepare.  They are ready for an audit at a moment’s notice.

 

The 2021 Outstanding REAC Award recipients for Atlanta is:

  • Pine Meadow

 

The Most Improved Property Award is chosen by the Regional Vice President(s) of each Region.   We analyze the statistics from 2020 and compare to the performance to 2021.

 

The 2021 Most Improved Property Award recipient for Atlanta is:

  • Pineland

 

The Property of the Year Nominee is chosen by the Regional Vice President(s) of each Region.   We base this decision on achieving the best overall score in all 5 Key Performance Indicators which are, Occupancy above 96%, Delinquency Below 5%, NOI Positive to budget, NOI Growth, and Positive Cash Flow.

 

The 2021 Property of the Year Nominee for Atlanta is:
