Adventures With Mike – Walking the Parks
Let’s start burning some calories before the holidays. Starting October 16th, I would like everyone to join me and start walking their way to their fitness goals. We will be walking Harvey D Mathis Park on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 and the Bailey Bridge on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00.
Set your goal. Start at one mile, two or three. I’ll be adding some exercises into the mix, but they are totally optional. Walk and talk with others or use your earbuds and do your own pace and let music keep your beat. It’s great for stress and you’ll be able to enjoy the holidays without the guilt.
